You should be partially into Level 66 at this point. If you were at or very near Level 65 when you entered Nagrand, this should be almost assured, so make sure you accomplished every quest if you are not quite Level 66. Otherwise, grind for a little while.

12. Continue into the mine and click the Thunderspike to summon Grimgut – kill him and loot the Thunderspike 13. Talk to T’Chali (45,72)

• Turn in “They Stole Me Hookah and Me Brews!” and accept “Bladespire Kegger”

14. Use the Brutebane Keg to make 5 Ogres Drunk (43,55) 15. Talk to T’Chali (45,72)

• Turn in “Bladespire Kegger” and accept “Grimnok and Korgaah, I am For You!”

16. Kill Grimnok Battleborn at the tower atop (45,80) 17. Kill Korgaah by luring out the ogres around him with the keg (43,46) 18. Talk to T’Chali the Witch Doctor (45,72)

• Turn in “Grimnok and Korgaah, I am for You!” and accept “A Curse Upon Both of Your Clans!”

19. At the Bloodmaul Outpost Buildings, use the Wicket Strong Fetish on the doorway and kill the spirit that appears. Do this three times (46,86) 20. Go to Bladespire Hold Buildings and repeat the same step 5 times (43,53) 21. Talk to T’Chali (45,72)

• Turn in “A Curse Upon Both of Your Clans!”

52. Talk to Rexxar (52,58)

• Turn in “On Spirit’s Wings” and accept “Baron Sablemane”

53. Talk to Timeon (62,39)

• Turn in “Creating the Pendant” and accept “Whispers of the Raven God”

54. Talk to Baron Sablemane in the Circle of Blood (53,41)

• Turn in “Baron Sablemane” and accept “Into the Churning Gulch”
• Kill Crust Busters and loot 7 Crust Burster Venom Glands
• Turn in “Into the Churning Gulch” and accept “Baron Sablemane’s Poison”

55. Talk to Rexxar and Tor’Chunk (52,58)

• Turn in “Baron Sableman’s Poison” and accept “The Smallest Creatures”
• Accept “Crush the Bloodmaul Camp”

56. In the Bloodmaul Camp (56,28)

• Kill 5 Warlocks and 10 Maulers
• Use the Kodohide Drum near the burrow and turn into a marmot
• Poison the wood kegs at (55,28), (55,26), and (56,23)

57. Return to Rexxar and Tor’Chunk (52,28)

• Turn in “The Smallest Creatures” and accept “A Boaring Time for Grulloc”
• Turn in “Crush the Bloodmaul Camp”

58. Travel Southwest to Grulloc (61,48)

• Use Huffer’s Whistle and run in to grab Grulloc’s Sack
• Do not try and fight Grulloc

59. Talk to Baron Sablemane (53,41)

• Turn in “A Boaring Time for Grulloc” and accept “It’s a Trap”

60. Talk to Rexxar and Tor’Chunk (52,58)

• Turn in “It’s a Trap!” and accept “Gorgrom the Dragon-Eater”
• Accept “Slaughter at Boulder’mok”

61. Talk to Watcher Moonshade (50,36) Turn in “Wrymskull Watcher” and accept “Longtail is the Lynchpin”

• Kill Draaca Longtail (47,33)
• Turn in “Longtail is the Lynchpin” and accept “Meeting at the Blackwing Coven”
• Kill the Arakkoas in Grishnath to get the Understanding Ravenspeech Buff
• Stand Beside the Totems at (41,19), (39,17), (42,22), and (40,23) to get all four prophecies
• Loot the Orb of the Grishna and accept “The Truth Unorbed”

62. Capture 10 Wyrmcult Blackwhelps in your net (32,35)

• While here, kill Wyrmcultists and loot 5 Costume Scraps
• Make an Overseer Disguise and talk to Kolphis Darkscale to attend a meeting

63. In Boulder’mok, kill 5 Brutes and 3 Shamans (30,26)

• Loot 3 Grisly Totems
• At Gorgrom’s Altar, click it and Gorgrom will run up and die. Place 3 Totems on his body (31,22)

64. Talk to Rexxar and Tor’Chunk (52,28)

• Turn in “Gorgrom the Dragon-eater”
• Turn in “Slaughter at Boulder’mok”

65. Talk to Sami Inkling (62,39)

• Turn in “Whelps of the Wyrmcult”

66. Talk to Tree Warden Chawn and Timeon (62,39)

• Turn in “Meeting at the Blackwing Coven” and accept “Maxnar Must Die!”
• Turn in “The Truth Unorbed” and accept “Treebole Must Know”
• Turn in “Whispers of the Raven God”

67. Talk to Treebole (37,22)

• Turn in “Treebole Must Know”

68. Kill Maxnar the Ashmaw (34,35) 69. Talk to Tree Warden Chawn (62,39)

• Turn in “Maxnar Must Die!”

You should be around Level 67 and about a quarter of the way into it. Netherstorm will have a lot of quests to complete, but you will need them all to ding 69 and be ready to finish off, so if you are not caught up, either run an instance or grind for a little bit.
