Horde Leveling Guide: Map 2 to Un'Goro Crater

1. Return to Un’Goro Crater and talk to Torwa Pathfinder (71,76)

2. Find the Dinosaur Skeletons at (80,49)

  • Open Torwa’s Pouch and take the Preserved Threshadon Meat and the Pheramone Mixture. Right click them both and summon Lar’korwi
  • Kill him and loot his head.

3. Go to Fungal Rock and enter the middle path to the end of the cave (63,16)

  • Find and kill U’cha and loot his pelt.
  • Kill every ape in and outside the cave
  • Take the right fork in the cave this time and talk to A-Me 01 (67,16)
  • Accept “Chasing A-Me 01”
  • Escort A-Me 01 out of the cave back to Karna Remtravel and turn in the quest

4. Talk to Spraggle Frock (43,8)

5. In this area, kill mobs needed to loot the following:

  • 8 Webbed Diametradon Scales
  • 8 Webbed Pterrordax Scales
  • 8 Dinosaur Bones
  • 30 Un’Goro Slime Samples

6. Climb the South side of Fire Plume Ridge and loot 9 Un’Goro Ash from Fire Elementals (49,53)

  • Find the hot spot at the top and use Krakle’s Thermometer to complete “Finding the Source”

7. Return to Krakle (30,50)

  • Turn in “Finding the Source”

8. Talk to Torwa Pathfinder (71,76)

  • Turn in “The Mighty U’Cha”
  • Turn in “The Bait for Lar’korwi”

9. Find Ringo on Fire Plume Ridge (52,51)

  • Turn in “Lost” and accept “A Little Help from my Friends”
  • Use the Canteen to revive him when he faints and return him to Marshall’s Refuge

10. In Marshall’s Refuge, talk to Spark Nilminer, Spraggle Frock, and Shizzle (43,7)

3. Kill War Reavers as you run to the Ruins of Thaurissan (54,41)

  • Find the Tablet of Seven by the Dwarf Statue and right click it
  • Choose “Transcribe the Tablet”
  • While here, loot 10 Fractured Elemental Shards

4. Talk to Sha’ni Proudtusk’s ghost atop Dreadmaul Rock (80,45)

  • Turn in “Dreadmaul Rock” and accept “Krom’Grul”

5. Kill Krom’Gul and loot Sha’ni’s Nose Ring in Dreadmaul Rock (he can be anywhere here, so just wander until you find him)

6. North of Dreadmaul Rock, find and kill Black Broodlings (78,28)

  • Before killing them, use the Draco-Incarncinatrix 900 and loot 8 Broodling Essence Crystals

7. Talk to Cyrus Therepentous (94,31)

8. Talk to Tinkee Steamboil and Maxwort Uberglint back at Flame Crest (65,23)

  • Turn in “Broodling Essence” and accept “Felnok Steelspring”
  • Turn in “Tablet of the Seven”

Badlands

1. Fly to Kargath and talk to Thal’trak Proudtusk and Hierophant Theodora (3,48)

  • Turn in “Krom’Grul”
  • Turn in ‘The Rise of the Machines” 1 and accept part 2

3. In the Scarlet Campment, destroy the Command Tent and right click the Scourge Banner you have (41,54)

4. Talk to High Executor Derrington (83,68)

5. Talk to Shadow Priestess Vandis (83,71)

6. Enter the House at (37,54) and talk to Janice Felstone

7. In the next house at (38,55) find Janice’s Parcel

  • Turn in “Better Late than Never” 1 and accept part 2

8. Return to Shadow Priestess Vandis (83,71)

  • Turn in “Return to the Bulwark”
  • Accept “Target: Dalson’s Tears”
  • At Dalson’s Tears, kill Lord Malvinious and loot the key (42,52)
  • Click on the cauldron to turn in “Target: Dalson’s Tears” and accept “Return to the Bulwark”

9. In the House at (47,51) find Mrs. Dalson’s Diary on the floor and accept the quest it provides.

10. Outside the barn, find and kill the wandering skeleton and loot the “Dalson Outhouse Key”

11. Kill Farmer Dalson and loot the Cabinet Key in the Outhouse (48,49)

12. In the House at (47,50) find the locked cabinet and open it

13. Travel to the Ruins of Andorhal, avoiding Elites and Araj the Summoner (Level 61 Elite) in the center of town

  • At the tower at (42,66), drop the torch at the entrance.
  • Repeat the process at the next towers at (40,71), (47,71), and (45,64)

14. Return to the Bulwark and talk to High Executor Darrington, Apothecary Dithers, and High Priestess Vandis (83,71)

  • Turn in “All Along the Watchtowers” and accept “Scholomance”
  • Turn in “Scholomance” and accept “Skeletal Fragments”
  • Turn in “Return to the Bulwark” and accept “Target: Writhing Haunt”
  • Travel to the Writhing Haunt at (52,66) and kill Lord Razarch – loot his key
  • Click on the cauldron and turn in “Target: Writhing Haunt” and accept “Return to the Bulwark”

15. In the House North of the cauldron, talk to Mulgris Deepriver

16. Go to the Northridge Lumbermill and talk to Kirsta Deepshadow (51,28)

  • Accept “Unfinished Business”
  • Kill 2 Scarlet Knights and 2 Scarlet Mages east of here
  • In the camp at (51,44), kill 2 Scarlet Hunters and 2 Scarlet Medics
  • Turn in “Unfinished Business” 1 and accept part 2

17. Find and kill Huntsman Radley (57,35)

18. Travel to the Watch Tower located at (53,24)

  • Kill the two guards at the bottom and clear the 1st floor, waiting for Cavalier Durgen
  • Wait for him at the bottom and kill Durgen, and then go to the top
  • Kill the 3 Scarlet Mages at the top and loot the Holy Coffer for the Mark of the Lightbringer

19. Return to Kirsta Deepshadow (51,28)

  • Turn in “Unfinished Business”

This sequence of quests should push you upwards of Level 58. Ideally, you want to be a little way into Level 58 at this point as you will need to be ahead going forward.

Undercity

1. Travel to Undercity and talk to Royal Overseer Bauhaus and Jeremiah Payson near (69,43)

Western Plaguelands (Part 2)

  • Turn in “Defiling Uther’s Tomb”

4. Go the house in Felstone Field located at (38,54)

  • Turn in “Good Luck Charm” to Janice Felstone

5. Return to Mulgris Deepriver (53,64)

  • Turn in “The Wildlife Suffers Too” 1 and accept part 2

6. Go to Gahron’s Withering and kill Lord Soulwrath (62,57)

  • Loot his key and click on the cauldron to turn in “Target Gahron’s Withering” and accept “Return to the Bulwark”
  • Kill 8 Diseased Grizzlies between the two camps here

7. Return to Mulgris Deepriver (53,64)

Eastern Plaguelands

  • In the houses here, search for the three pieces to her doll. Combine them when you have all three.
  • Turn in “Pamela’s Doll”
  • Accept “Uncle Carlin” and “Auntie Marlene”

3. Travel to Light’s Hope Chapel and talk to Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff, Carlin Redpath, and Caretaker Alen (81,59)

  • Turn in “Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff”
  • Turn in “Uncle Carlin” and accept “Defenders of Darrowshire”
  • Accept “Zaledarr the Outcast”

Trisfal Glades

1. Return to the Bulwark and talk to Vandis, Mickey Levine, and High Executor Derrington (83,71)

  • Turn in “Return to the Bulwark”
  • “A Plague Upon Thee”
  • “Mission Accomplished!”

Western Plaguelands

1. In the Western Plaguelands, find Marlene Redtpath (49,78)

2. Find Joseph Redpath’s Monument at (49,76) and click the grave to get Joseph’s Wedding Ring

3. Enter Andorhal from the west and enter the house at (39,68)

4. Find Chromie on the second floor

5. Find the collection of wooden silos at (45,62)

  • Click on the Temporal Displacer and kill the three Level 57 worms that spawn
  • Do this until you have killed 15 Temporal Parasites

6. Talk to Chromie (39,66)

7. Visit the destroyed homes in Andorhal – loot 5 Andorhal Watches from Small Lockboxes

8. In the Town Hall at (46,69) sneak in and find the “Annals of Darrowshire” on the ground

  • There are multiple tomes here. Click on them until you find the right one. When you click on the wrong one, 1 or 2 Level 57 Undead will attack.

9. Talk to Chromie (39,66)

  • Turn in “Counting Out Time” and “The Annals of Darrowshire”
  • Accept “Brother Carlin”
  • Kill Skeletons outside and loot 15 Skeletal Fragments

Eastern Plaguelands (Part 2)

1. Talk to Carlin Redpath and Caretaker Alen at Light’s Hope Chapel (81,59)

You should now be Level 59. If you are not, you may want to grind a bit until you are caught up to make sure the remaining quests before Outland get you to Level 60.

2. Travel to the Infectious Scar and find the Shattered Sword of Marduk (53,65)

3. Go to Blackwood Lake and dive to the bottom/middle of the lake and grab “Horgus Skull” (49,51)

4. In the Plaguewoods, loot the Large Termite Mounds for as many Termites as you can find

  • Also, while here, kill Cannibal Ghosts and right click the Spirits of Darrowshire when they appear 15 times.

5. Travel to Quel’Lithien Lodge, kill the two Quel’Lithien Protectors, and loot the Quel’lithien Registry (51,22)

  • Kill 8 Pathstriders, 8 Rangers, and 8 Woodsmen as well while here

6. In Zul’Mashar, kill Hameya (64,24)

7. Dive into the pool in Northdale and clear the elementals away to loot the white flag named “Symbol of lost Honor” at (71,33)

8. Return to Carlin Redpath (79,63)

  • Turn in “Defenders of Darrowshire”
  • Turn in “Villains of Darrowshire”

9. At Corin’s Crossing kill undead and loot 7 Living Rot

  • Right click the mortar and pestle in your inventory and make a Coagulated Rot

10. Travel to the Undercroft and find the Mound of Dirt at (28,86)

  • Turn in “Hameya’s Plea”

11. Back at Marry’s Stead, turn in the three quests you picked up

Tirisfal Glades

1. Return to the Bulwark and talk to Mickey Levine and Apothecary Dithers (83,72)

  • Turn in “ A Plague Upon Thee” 1 and accept part 2
  • Turn in “Skeletal Fragments” and accept “Most Rhymes with…”

2. At the Northridge Lumber Camp, find the “Northridge Lumber Mill Crate” and place the Termite Barrel on it. Click the green smoking barrel and swap quests.

Winterspring

1. Return to Undercity and take the Zeppelin to Orgrimmar, then fly to Everlook

2. Talk to Umi Rumplesnicker and Felnok Steelspring (60,37)

  • Turn in “Are We There, Yeti?”
  • Turn in “Felnok Steelspring”

Thunder Bluff

1. Fly to Thunderbluff and talk to Nara Wildmane

  • Turn in “Glyphed Oaken Branch”

Tanaris

1. Fly to Tanaris and talk to Krinkle Goodsteel (75,31)

Un’Goro Crater

1. Fly to Un’Goro Crater and go to Fire Plume Mountain (49,46)

  • Right click your Skeleton Key Mold to create an Unfinished Skeleton Key

2. Find a Primal Ooze and right click the Encased Corrupt Ooze before killing it. Kill the newly formed Gargantuan Ooze and loot the Merged Ooze Sample (50,67)

Silithus

1. Travel into Silithus and talk to Windcaller Proudhorn, Beetix Fickelspragg, Bor Wildmane, and Geologist Larksbane in Cenarion Hold (51,38)

2. Kill the following while walking toward the Twilight Base Camp at (41,42)

  • Scorpions and loot 9 Stonelash Scorpid Stingers
  • Sand Skitterers and loot 8 Sand Skitterer Fangs
  • Spiders and Worms for the quest you need
  • In the Camp, kill Twilight mobs and loot 10 Encrypted Twilight Text
  • Also loot 8 Twilight Tablet Fragments from the Crystal Vale at (20,18)

3. Return to Cenarion Hold and talk to Windcaller Proudhorn, Beetix Fickelspragg, Bor Wildmane, and Geologist Larksbane (48,37)

  • Turn in: “Securing the Supply Line”
  • “Deadly Desert Venom”
  • “The Twilight Mystery”
  • “Secret Communication”

Tirisfal Glades

1. Return to Undercity via Orgrimmar and talk to Chemist Fuely (47,72)

  • Turn in “Melding Influences”

2. Travel to the Bulwark and talk to Mickey Levine and Apothecary Dithers (83,71)

  • Turn in “A Plague Upon Thee”
  • Turn in “Fire Plume Forged”

You should now be Level 60, congratulations!

If you are not, don’t worry too much. All you have to do is be sure to grind out the rest of the XP you need until you get there as you really shouldn’t head to Hellfire Peninsula without being Level 60 first. You can survive well enough but there are not enough quests and the grinding in Outland can get excessive.
